Tax Considerations
Depending on where you live, we will have to charge you different amounts of money for the same product. The situation is this:

• If you live in Austria you have to add 20% of VAT to the net price of your order.
• If you live in the European Union and do not have a VAT number you have to add 20% of VAT to the net price of your order.
• If you live in the European Union and have a VAT number you have to provide us with that number. You pay the net price.
• If you live anywhere outside the European Union you pay the net price.

With your order, you confirm that our software is destined for the country of the delivery address.
Please understand, that this is not our own idea, but the regulations of the European Union and Austria respectively.

Checks, Money Orders and Money Transfers
If you choose to pay with international check or money order please add EUR 15,- for bank fees. For direct money transfers make sure that none of the involved banks charge us any additional fees. If you cannot please add EUR 15,- to the net sum of your order.

How to Order

You have the following choices to purchase our software:

• You may order online.
• You send a fax order, together with credit card information (VISA, MasterCard, or EuroCard)

• You send a check, an international money order, or a Eurocheck (EU residents only) together with the order to iPodion. Please note, that for international checks and money orders a handling fee of EUR 5 will be charged.

• Send payment confirmation like credit card information (number, expiry date, name on card), money transfer confirmation, or check.
• Your VAT number if applicable
• Name, e-mail and address of licensee
• If possible, phone and fax numbers in case of e-mail problems
